What is biggest limitation for today’s corporations? Resources? Technology? Market? Time? Don’t think so as even if corporations have it they are not able to operate at 100% capacity.
I would put my bet on operational efficiency. Even with best resources, newest technology, rich market and all required time you can’t deliver if all you do is imitating work. Yes, lots of bureaucracy, forwarding and other air mixing activities fit into this definition.
Lean it and keep reducing everything what imitates work.
